Humans are part of nature. Humans enforce property rights. The state exists so humans don't have to kill so many in defense of them.

Why would you think defense of territory and resources is unique to humans, anyway? That would happen without an organized state.

Question is who gets to redefine whom? Capitalism has a model "state" just as the state has a model of "capitalism" each to its convenience.

... The capitalist model of the state is a sovereignty services corporation. If that's what the state ends up being, capitalism has won.
