Are there any models that suggest climate change would even be a problem for the countries which have done, and are doing, all the hard work to advance humanity?

Parts of America, perhaps. But warming can only improve Canada. It might cause problems for London, but most of England and Scotland should be fine. Can Australia get any worse? What about New Zealand?
