agree. neglect is the null state. if anything consent is a criterion of justification for any move from the null state to another. I doubt the idea of consent to be subject of non-intervention by no agents is even conceptually coherent

masters couldn't have concieved autonomy of inhuman technological agency as a good (or at least necessity) without implicitly undermining the justification of their own existence as a class, so probably wouldn't have, except accidentally. that's kind of Marx 101 tho
