The translation here is that he agrees with Marxist-Leninists on presuppositions- but as a Right Libertarian, he inverts them- so Fascism becomes "Leftist" -- like when Boomer made Obama is Hitler signs.

Fascism is right of Full-Communism and left of Old Liberalism, and everyone -- including the fascists -- knows that. It's the militant middle of the road, aka "the third position". Generational power plays don't change any of this.
