He's not credible thou. Back in the day when the president was selling the old failed state companies left from the military dictatorship he opposed it vehemently and said the president should be executed.

He's trying to surf on the recent popularity of liberalism (in the non-American meaning) but while his proposed government program and his economic advisor say he'll privatize all state companies he's been denying that in interviews.

The problem with privatization in failed state, like USSR/Russian example shown is that organized crime will win privatization bids, and those organizations cannot run businesses outside of racketeering.

The best solution would be to sell business to outside entities like multinationals, promising their representatives physical protection. It seems like volunteer colonization, but all other options are worse. The oligarchs come after organized crime and it could end country.
