Step 4/4: Dry your footwear in a shady and well-aired place with the tongues wide open. Stuff your boots with absorbent paper but don't use newspaper, as the ink may damage the laminate and the membrane. ❗Never dry boots and shoes on or next to the heating!

Step 3/4: As leather is a natural product, it needs to be cared for from time to time. Using the wax on smooth leather gives it a deeper, darker and richer colour, as shown in the picture. A second option to care for the leather and the rubber parts of your boot is Care Sponge.

Step 2/4: Impregnate the dry footwear with our PFC-free spray to refresh the waterproofing of leather uppers and to protect fabric sections. ❗Only use it outdoors or in well-ventilated areas.☝🏼 Don't forget the laces and difficult to reach areas (e.g. around the tongue)

Step 1/4: Remove insoles and laces and brush the boots off. For stubborn dirt use running water. 💧 Avoid soap - it damages the waterproofing and most types of leather. Fabric linings and leather linings are best cleaned with clear water and a sponge.

We believe in caring for things instead of replacing them. By fixing, mending, and treating your G-1000 right, it can last and last and last. That way, you won't have to buy a new thing in a really long time. Good for you, your wallet, and the planet! 🌳
