Who is white in this context? Fair number of Germans, Danes etc asked about origins - and Italians and Greeks. Are they ‘white’ or not: or contrast with Aborigine v not. I have seen white applied from only the English through to anyone with Indo-European background

Aboriginal is an adjective. Aborigine is a noun. Not the best term for its external defining point but no other collective has taken.
