In Australia, when talk about #equality it means disabled/LGBT/gender never about racial equality, talking about racial gender equality you really lost them. But this racial factor automatically at play in employment etc until they try to suppress it or required by law/policy.

Yes, thus there must be a representative of each and every unique First Nation culture on the proposed Cth First Nations' advisory council. At this stage not all First Nations have been showed the Uluru statement & nor have all yet given their support to it.
