Racism is when all the white people in the room pat themselves on the back for gender balance and dont acknowledge the lack of racial diversity staring them dead in the face (im the racially diversity blinking at them).

As an indigenous woman you develop an art at recognizing racist looks..so you become stoic and be quiet and don't speak ...and then ppl interpret this as shyness,stupidity..it's quite an art you learn after years and years of racism experienced..oh you gotta be brown too.dark
