If men are afraid women are going to report them for sexual harassment, that means they haven't learned basic policies covering their employment. Men aren't entitled to feel free to harass anyone, and certainly they aren't owed access to women and femmes.

If men are uncomfortable that women and femmes are willing to report them for harassment, they shouldn't be in a classroom, lab, office, in public, or anywhere near other people with less power, until they learn better. It's the epitome of entitlement to claim they're "scared"
