Historically their tears get POC tortured by civilians, Police, courts or killed. I still see it today. We see the lies and abuse on video from start to end and POC STILL get punished.
It is a form of passive violence to be sure. They KNOW what happens & they want WOC in strife. To get WOC thrown out of places, fired and killed as you've said.
It's misdirection too. When they cry, discussion of the real issue ends. Their problematic behaviour escapes review
