Historically their tears get POC tortured by civilians, Police, courts or killed. I still see it today. We see the lies and abuse on video from start to end and POC STILL get punished.

It is a form of passive violence to be sure. They KNOW what happens & they want WOC in strife. To get WOC thrown out of places, fired and killed as you've said. It's misdirection too. When they cry, discussion of the real issue ends. Their problematic behaviour escapes review

Such value exists in understanding the intersection of marginalization and privilege, which undergirds WW's experience in the world. But the overwhelm of shame and anger that WW show in response to WOC..it's like the emotions cognitively shunt them/us away from thinking clearly.
