White sociology academics bring me into their racist "unconscious bias" - unacceptable from ppl paid to teach this. I was copied into months of White male sociologists justifying why they "missed" massively influential Black women socs from a list of most followed sociologists
So this mini thread is one of my regular reminders that #WOC in #sociology are regularly disrespected, exploited, gaslighted, and discriminated.
On top of that on social media we are dragged into White spaces where WP prove all the ways they "unconsciously" reproduce inequity
