TW Rape. From the 80s. Bell argued rape issues in remote communities were "everybody's business" and Whitesplained to Aboriginal women. Led to a bunch of media and policy hoopla. Huggins and a number of other Aboriginal women led a response showing Bell's paternalistic racism.
