My Fiancé can relate to that. He's half Chaldean (Iraqi Catholic) and he got pulled aside at every checkpoint to and from Florida and every Disney Park security check during a one week vacation.
It's so time consuming and always adds a little bitterness, no matter how used to it one is. I'm sorry your fiance goes through this too.
