I'm so upset by the comments about our national flagship science organisation. Katherine Morton's story is not unique. Staff are not supported. Reporting any harassment just makes it worse. I broke down this week because the corporate vision is so far removed from my reality

I know it hurts. In my long career working for govt social policy agencies the successive realisations that what the words say is not what they mean was the hardest thing. Pretending they do is a condition of career success. Speaking truth is career suicide. Gaslighting prevails.
