History & present day reality has taught me not expect much & continue to watch my back. Their disdain seems to be against everyone they don't want to be equal to but White Men, the only one w/more power than them, requires they get support from those they regard as less but

This aspect - of purely imagining equality as being equal to White men - is why they will always leave WOC behind. The fact that they are angered by all-male panels but not 50/50 White panels. That they cite pay gap only for WW. That they jump on WOC for being "aggressive" etc.
