        The writing was just so good. This was a tough category this year and I’m so glad Get Out won. And yes — not sure if there’s been another horror screenplay winner since Silence of the Lambs 20+ years ago

        Yes! Just looked this up and I think you're right. Other horror winners are Rosemary's Baby, and The Exorcist (both screenplay); Silence for Best Film. Others for sound/visual awards.
