Reminder for White women: diversity, equity & diversity, and #intersectionality are not buzzwords. They are academic and activist terms informed by theory and practice.
You can't wave these words around when the racist consequences of your exclusionary orgs are pointed out.

I now read 'diversity of thought' to mean 'uh oh they found out we have mostly white people'.
Amazing how White people who actively practice racial exclusion - AKA racism - are so afraid of being called racist that they colonise the word diversity.
Don't work with #POC. Don't hire or promote POC. Don't fund POC. Don't read POC. Don't listen to POC. But "diversity" - sure

Truth. Also funny how they tried to own intersectional as meaning anything that intersects with whiteness.

A major issue to be sure. Too many White women claim to care about intersectionality but completely remove its original impact, which is on structural racism, and specifically the focus on Black women. It's dangerous to appropriate anti-racism to serve the White status quo.
