So @ASU is reviewing Prof Lawrence Krauss, but falls back on a line that victims are free to report sexual harassment. http://ktar.com/story/1962870/arizona-state-university-professor-accused-of-sexual-misconduct/ …
Research shows most students & faculty do NOT know how to report. Of few who do, most are unhappy with outcome.http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0102172 …

Having standard policies and reporting mechanisms for sexual harassment is NOT GOOD ENOUGH, especially if people don't know how to access them, or don't trust them, or have no support mechanisms to protect complainants. Victims fear professional retribution - and with good reason

Replying to @OtherSociology
They knew this article was coming and this tepid release is the best they could do & it still took them a day?

It's extra terrific that we are given no details about this "review." Review of what exactly and when will we know the outcome? By whom? The same team that dismissed a formal complaint that documented a photo of him grabbing a woman's breast at an event? "Review" indeed.pic.twitter.com/TNgjsqle8B
