Most people in Oz that have not experienced the dehumanisation of the Oz jail system do not realise that Indigenous people in custody do not die in custody more than non-Indigenous people.
Can't wait for the story about women bible experts fighting radical Christianity in USA or Australia.

I also note that my observations are supported by the findings of the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody.

From Cahpter 3.5 RCADC - "The proportion of deaths in police and prison custody was similar for Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. Approximately one-third of deaths occurred in police custody while two-thirds of deaths occurred in prison."
