I disagree with that tweet in so many levels, if there is 1 thing I've learned on Twitter is that exposing abuse/harassment is one of the hardest things specially in a society that tends to find fault in victims before even assessing the issue. It isn't shaming, it's exposing.

Thanks for recognising this, Rose. The so-called "social media witch hunt" is merely an extension of the myth that women victims are liars. Even police & nationally representative data show this isn't true. Anyone perpetuating this sexist narrative is a huge part of the problem
