In 2016, @UCBerkeley was handling TWENTY-SIX CASES of sexual harassment & sexual assault. It had not fired any faculty after investigation found evidence of harassment until survivors went public.

Investigation of Prof Terry Speed also began in 2016. It had concluded by June 2017. It's unconscionable that Australian scientists are making excuses after an investigation found he violated sexual harassment policy, especially in a system with such a poor record, & lax action.
