Front page your contact details & link to your prof website as header. List all your most relevant jobs on front page; include role, duties/responsibilities & 1 line of biggest achievements, be specific (e.g managed $ grant). Second page, skills related to role. Selected pubs.
Organise your skills under headings related to the advertised job. Don't bother wasting space about referees/by request. It's implied they will ask when you proceed to interview (good luck!
