Just so it's clear, every day - in all fields - women & femmes report sexual harassment but institutions fail to act. In academia, women & femmes fighting heap of cases poorly managed. Inaction over "superstar" male academics is appalling. Stop waiting for women to go to media

I reported a surgeon, he admitted it and still nothing happened - mere nurse me (at least I didn't have to work in his theatre again)
That the "best" the hospital can do is to keep you away from him is appalling. I'm glad at least you were not working so closely with him. What about other colleagues he might harass - exactly why society needs to stop treating harassment as an interpersonal "transgression."
