Just so it's clear, every day - in all fields - women & femmes report sexual harassment but institutions fail to act. In academia, women & femmes fighting heap of cases poorly managed. Inaction over "superstar" male academics is appalling. Stop waiting for women to go to media

Thank you. to be fair, I am (almost) over it, but I guess the residual anger is still there. Mine included mismanagement from a female prof too. I cant believe this still happens.
The patriarchal bargain - people of all genders can uphold and participate in sexual harassment. Sometimes because it's easier to maintain the system than to face backlash of trying to change inequity and abuse. Awful. I'm glad you're finding a path to healing.
