Some many phone calls, and couldn't find one insurance company that covers freelancewriters/consultants. Surely we aren't that rare! Or are we too risky?

I did ring them today, but name is crossed out on my list. I've rung so many, I forget why I crossed some out. I think they could cover some of my activities, but not all?
Hmmm. That sucks they can't cover all your activities! Weird because I was covered as a research and social media consultant and from what I can see you and I would cover similar tasks. Hope you find a good one soon!
I had good coverage with a union but cancelled due to cost and their lack of action to reduce racism in sector. Returned, reluctantly, but found out I could get a cheaper level.
No good they didn't address racism in the sector. Typical of too many orgs!
