Hmm, I get what you are saying Zuleyka & in many ways I agree but I don't think the tweeter was using the concept of gaze in Mulvey's sense. Perhaps poor phraseology ?
There is no such thing as the "female gaze." Mulvey uses term "male gaze" to describe patriarchy in film. It's about cultural power.
Also these are all examples of White cisgender able-bodied people's ideas of Whiteness as definitive of femininity.

Hi! People use "male gaze" and "female gaze" in a watered down version of Mulvey. Likely not understanding her work! Still, I think it's important to call attention to the original text (& its limitations) because the original makes an important point about power relations.
