Tāmaki Makaurau has been going some very excellent spring weather, that's for sure! #4SeasonsInOneDay
Also, if you plan for it to be more like Melbourne, you're less likely to feel cold...
Exactly what I was thinking: this is Melbourne weather.

I will have to "think warm thoughts" as my Mum always says.

Layers! & warm thoughts (wise woman, your mum)
Of course, layers! I had packed spring clothes, then changed to winter clothes. Take three, maybe....
I feel the cold: Auckland has been bare-legs friendly last few days, but cool once sun goes down. Wellington will be a few degrees colder!
Weather-wise, yes, but friendly locals & beautiful scenery in abundance, I promise
I don't doubt this.
I'm looking forward to it and I shall try to bring some Sydney weather with me.
