Happens on Twitter and offline all the time: they expect POC to "be nice" & not hurt their feelings. Take the violence. But be peaceful. SMH

They're very nuanced as to what violence is too. The definition always miraculously contorts itself to support white violence.

WP rarely act when they witness racism. Every time I've been attacked in public, they look away. In private, room full of WP, even worse.

If we defend ourselves, is never in anger because we've been conditioned to stay stoic & bc it's dangerous, they get even more angry.
