Totally agree. Sadly, it takes this type of data & negative press for action to occur. WOC have been sharing these experiences for years.
Yep. Lived experiences documented. And #WOC lead this research, institutional action, protests, at great personal & professional costs.

Yes! We rarely discuss the physical, social & emotional tolls.
