Exactly. WW diminish experience or use WOC experiences 4 personal gain. I've seen & experienced it too many times to count. No real allyship

This is why intersectionality is so important.
The findings are important but we are way past the need for more data of what we already know. Time to fix this hurtful system.

Totally agree. Sadly, it takes this type of data & negative press for action to occur. WOC have been sharing these experiences for years.

#WOC lead this research, institutional action, protests, at great personal & professional costs. -
Love the study; but it is led by WW. I deeply respect them but they will get more respect & attention than Others who came before.
