Being an N=1 offers little protection when discussing racism, sexism & misogynoir in workplace. Esp if you speak out & receive no support.

Love the study; but it is led by WW. I deeply respect them but they will get more respect & attention than Others who came before.

Note despite lesser representation from POC, show highest race & gender harassment. Notwithstanding underreporting in similar studies.
