Yup and thanks! I switched depts and wrote up why to the provost. Nothing was done, yet, but I vowed that they ain't goin to kill me!
Hope provost will act! Reporting is important, but so stressful. I'm glad you're still fighting. But WOC shouldn't have to be so resilient.

Totally agree. Sadly, it takes this type of data & negative press for action to occur. WOC have been sharing these experiences for years.

Love the study; but it is led by WW. I deeply respect them but they will get more respect & attention than Others who came before.
