Yup! Or in my case WW in my dept said I brought the racism when I entered so I was the problem and not their blatant distain of my work

Yup and thanks! I switched depts and wrote up why to the provost. Nothing was done, yet, but I vowed that they ain't goin to kill me!

Exactly. Similar, the health disparities researchers who never mention SDOH, racism or structural & institutional practices which harm CoC.
