Exactly. WW diminish experience or use WOC experiences 4 personal gain. I've seen & experienced it too many times to count. No real allyship

Yup! Or in my case WW in my dept said I brought the racism when I entered so I was the problem and not their blatant distain of my work

I'm sorry this happened to you! All too familiar. WW react poorly when WOC point out racism. They deny, cry, accuse, threaten.All deflection

Yup and thanks! I switched depts and wrote up why to the provost. Nothing was done, yet, but I vowed that they ain't goin to kill me!
