There was sports & children's workshops, including poetry; 3 little kids performed what they'd written! Lots of dancing, music & stalls.
The women musicians in the photo sang songs from the five Torres Strait Islander regional groups, from songs about sailing to mining.
The dancers were a broad range of ages, including little ones. A young woman dancer led the crowd in a choreography - so much fun!
The Tribal Warrior Dancers were a group of young boys who danced to songs from different parts of AUS and they added their own moves too.
