Ha, no. If we aren't currently making laws to restrict immigrants, we're toying with them. Also, we haze every generation like its normal.
1/ Agreed with David. If you look at research, levels of interpersonal racism remain high for migrants (higher for Indigenous people).

2/ Structural racism is endemic. POC need to send out up to 20X the number of applications to get a job interview; we lock up refugees; etc

3/ White people say racism is not so bad but they either don't know any/many POC or if they do, they aren't privvy to discrimination faced.
