I was JUST talking about this a day ago, something I struggle with, I see SO MUCH "solidarity" here, but out in the world it doesn't add up.
Will they turn down panel invites to put forward WOC? Will they sponsor WOC for jobs? Will they give up media so WOC can represent science?

Exactly it is very easy to talk/type/rant about WOC's struggles, but where are the actions? all I care about, I want to see it out there.

And ally theatre is selective. WW help only sometimes, when it's easy. True test is when they must confront & act on their privilege.

As well as their willingness to recognize/accept their privilege in the first place.
