#WOC who laboured behind the scenes to make SciMarch accountable for equity & diversity have not spoken publicly; they just did the work.
#WOC just did what was right for EVERYBODY, not just their own, to make SciMarch inclusive. They spoke up without needing an audience.

#WOC did not stop critiquing publicly & privately. They worked collaboratively. They used media to discuss issues, not to be heroes. -
WW though... "allyship" still being used to score sympathy & attention, evoking WOC's hard work in deeply unethical ways. Poor collegiality
