Racial categories are hierarchical. They position White people as superior, whether White people want to acknowledge this or not.

AUS does use "NESB"/non English speaking background and "CALD"/culturally and linguistically diverse, but mostly these are policy terms.

Right. Yea in UK was told by some academics they don't have a race problem like US either and that proved untrue real quick
