White people who care about gender equity: you only think in terms of men & women (cisgender #AllMalePanels). You never see Whiteness.

Hi. No. White women are not minorities. White people see no White women as gender problem but not a race problem. That's Whiteness at work.
When White people see 50/50 White men & White women they don't think there's issue of gender equity. It is both gender&race prob at minimum
