when I tracked nasty tweets at me 2014-15, bot trackers told me that I was arguing with bots. My gut feeling IS that this has changed.

2/ You using an app, on your TL a few years ago on negative interactions NOT ABOUT RACE, have nothing to say about a study ABOUT RACE.
Clearly you are receiving hate from real people. Twitter needs to deal with what you are receiving. Question is, ARE they? If not, why not?
