hmm. doesn't address that specifically. IMO, many of these are bot accounts, programmed by extremists. I use various algorithms to test them
-
Hey Dawn - really hate it when people who don't experience racism say things like this. My notifications are rancid, from real people.
-
Racism is real. It is worse than White people know. It's part of my daily life and my online experience. Don't whitewash this, please.

I used
@TruthyBotOrNot years ago. It showed my negative responses were mainly bots: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/30/technology/personaltech/twitter-bot-or-not.html?smid=tw-share&_r=0 …@Botometer. Clearly shifting. -
"Clearly" your experience as NOT a racialised minority who DOES NOT tweet about anti-racism daily, your little test overides POC & science.

I've had more anti-semitism directed at me in the past year than in the previous 6 years.
-
That's awful. I'm sorry this happens to you. Really hope Twitter starts to take serious action to stop this and make everyone safer.
-
I know others, particularly women and people of color, get it way worse than I do. Don't know how people handle worse than this.
-
White supremacists incredibly tough to deal with as WOC for sure. They're just relentless & have so much hatred, fear & need for attention.
-
I've only been on Twitter since the inaug., but quickly began to identify the vicious and/or hopelessly ignorant. That block function?

Australia's White supremacist groups persistent. Two arrests in two states over past year for planning mass terrorism & stockpiling weapons
-
Of course these crimes don't get reported to the same extent as others & not specifically named as terrorism though they're more rampant
