1/ "Race bait" - what are you doing here? I'm an expert on equity & diversity, inc anti-racism & a #WOC. You clearly don't understand racism

And I am a scientist that strives for diversity and supports the underrepresented at every turn.

Read the thread. Your defensiveness on my thread shows otherwise. You can educate yourself. But you don't get to annoint yourself an ally.

1/ Allyship, or support for URM, is action: ongoing self-education for White people; taking a step back & reflecting when you make mistakes

2/ And it's DOING THE WORK to support minorities. You don't get to *say* you do this, esp when you're here denying what POC have been saying

It also is a bit presumptive to say that I don't do it when you don't know my efforts. Maybe you can be wrong too.
