Asking a White male personality for attention & recognition is very different than demanding professional Black male scientist for the same

1/ Allyship, or support for URM, is action: ongoing self-education for White people; taking a step back & reflecting when you make mistakes
2/ And it's DOING THE WORK to support minorities. You don't get to *say* you do this, esp when you're here denying what POC have been saying
