When White people try to dismiss Indigenous & other #POC discussion of colonialism & present-day impact by focusing on "tone," that's racism

1/ Hi. It's not at all about being rude. It's that regardless of what POC say, whether it's academic discussion or sharing personal story..
2/ or doing our job in equity & diversity, White people make up shifting rules about what they consider to be "civil" way to discuss racism.
