We have the term "Rabenmutter" (Ge.r: raven mother), for expressing that a mother does not care enough or right. Usually used as an insult.
Ugh, that's awful, but too many Western cultures have disparaging ways to describe working mothers. No win situation.

It's not necessarily used against working mothers, but mothers in general who raise their child different than the person judging her.
