Misused? The client was the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission. If a govt thinks drugs = crime, not a long bow to draw.
Hi. There are many problems with this rationale. Research shows people at risk of using drugs are unemployed, LGBT, and & mentally ill.

This method will increase problems. Gov shouldn't criminalise marginalised groups by making it harder to get financial and health assistance

Oh I agree. My point was government commissioned research can and will be used across the government portfolio of services.
