It amazes me how many minorities (women for that matter ) go into already hostile places, thinking they will be the exception to the rule.
This isn't the victims' fault. Irrespective of the organisation's politics, they have a legal responsibility to treat everyone as equals.

That is true, won't deny it. I honestly just feel they saw the racism, thought it didn't apply to them. I've even seen some BW co-sign it.
